前陣子出現很多關於 ChatGPT 的討論以及文章，剛開始看到周遭的人都在討論 ChatGPT 時。
坦白說，當時我並不知道 ChatGPT 是什麼。
但為了不被輕易淘汰，我嘗試去了解 ChatGPT 到底是什麼東西？為什麼很多人說 ChatGPT 可以取代 Google？為什麼 OpenAI 這間開發出 ChatGPT 的公司甚至被喊到價值 290 十億美元的高價？（這不是網路上隨便亂傳的價錢，而是 The Wall Street Journal 上的文章 WSJ: ChatGPT Creator Is Talking to Investors About Selling Shares at $29 Billion Valuation）
什麼是 ChatGPT？
簡單來說，ChatGPT 是 OpenAI 這間公司發佈的一套新的 AI 工具，他能夠寫文章、寫 code、寫報告、回答你各式各樣的問題，網路上甚至還看到有人找它幫忙論文！
隨著 AI 的進步，很多以前認為白領的工作可能都會被取代，在 Insider : ChatGPT may be coming for our jobs. Here are the 10 roles that AI is most likely to replace 這篇文章中，列出十個最可能被取代的工作：
- Tech jobs (Coders, computer programmers, software engineers, data analysts)
- Media jobs (advertising, content creation, technical writing, journalism)
- Legal industry jobs (paralegals, legal assistants)
- Market research analysts
- Teachers
- Finance jobs (Financial analysts, personal financial advisors)
- Traders
- Graphic designers
- Accountants
- Customer service agents
你的工作是否在上述清單中呢？
當然，如果細看這篇文章，可以看出來單就專業技術上，這些工作是很有可能被取代的，但牽扯到人與人間的互動時，似乎又覺得暫時應該還沒辦法這麼快取代。
當然，有些人說，AI 會犯錯、有時回答不正確。在這裡，諾貝爾獎得主 Daniel Kahneman 也說提出自己的看法：「 Yes, AI may have flaws, but human reasoning is deeply flawed, too.」也就是說，說 AI 不夠好、不夠聰明、甚至有時無法回答問題並不是我們不被 AI 取代的好理由。
如何面對這全新的挑戰？

文章中提到，很多工作都會因為 ChatGPT 的崛起、AI 的進步而面臨許多挑戰、甚至是被取代的風險。
所以，我們該如何去調整，以及重新釐清我們整個經濟系統會是一件很關鍵的事。當然，一定會有工作被取代，但我們也能從中發掘出新的可能性。
在過去數十年，當初 AI 地圖發展起來時，大家都可以透過簡單通過線上地圖，即時知道路況、到目的地所需要花費的時間，然後根據自己喜好找出一條路線，但當時主要都是用在計程車產業。
直到後來的 Lyft 跟 Uber 出現，透過這個 AI 工具，徹底改變這個產業。以前當計程車司機可能要考試、記開車錄線。現在只要有一台可以連線往使用 map 的手機，就可以讓你從普通人變成一個專業的司機。
有著這樣的思考模式，或許就能幫助我們在 ChatGPT 大亂鬥中存活下來。

而 ChatGPT 是這樣跟我說：

- Developing a growth mindset: Embrace change and be open to new learning opportunities.
- Networking and collaborating: Connect with other professionals to stay informed and share knowledge.
- Emphasizing soft skills: Soft skills such as communication, collaboration, and critical thinking are less likely to be automated and can make you more valuable in the job market.
- Advocating for ethics in AI: Stay informed about ethical considerations in AI development and use and advocate for responsible AI practices.
- Seeking diverse perspectives: Encourage diverse perspectives and interdisciplinary collaboration in AI development and deployment to mitigate bias and promote equity.
ChatGPT 給的回答也是滿直接的，第一點直接要我們人類去培養可以 complementary to AI 的能力，也就是說我們是不能跟它直接競爭的，要我們去加強可以跟它互補的能力。完全不給情面呢！
這些答案簡單說，就是叫我們人類好好加強自己😂😂😂。
